You retain all intellectual property rights to the worlds, maps, and lore you create using InstantLore. We claim no ownership over your creations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on third-party rights.

4. AI Generation Features

InstantLore includes optional AI generation features. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the content before fully integrating it into your work.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstantLore is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from data loss.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
